With about 9 weeks left until Launch, let me say this first:

God is good and the way He continues to show up and out astounds me.

Seriously thank you to all who have partnered alongside me so far this journey and for all your prayers. I know the best is yet to come and I pray that you all stay in tune with the promptings of the Holy Spirit.

Okay, now the moment y’all have been waiting for… the 3 big takeaways from training camp in Gainesville, GA!!!

#1: The Lord is predictable yet unpredictable at the same time.

Hebrews 13:8 says, “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and forever” (NIV).

The character traits of God and who He is will never change making Him predictable. However, the way He moves and chooses who to use makes Him unpredictable.

1 Corinthians 12,13, and 14 all beautifully illustrate the way God orchestrates His movements: Through the gifts of the Holy spirit(12), via prophecy and tongues (14), but all of these must be done through love (13).

#2: Where The Spirit of The Lord is, there is freedom.

I cannot tell you how many times I’ve sang that song but it wasn’t until thursday of this past week where it became real for me.

Just a day prior, Wednesday, I was worshipping and The Lord gave me a vision as I was worshipping with everything I could and had. My heart unzipped and in came His hand and He took out everything dark and black and nasty thing that was in there. He then began to remold it and shape it. Won’t He do it??!?!

#3: My Squad is legit.

So I arrived late to Training camp… but it was for a life-long friend of mine. I won’t bore y’all with the pics from there but trust me, we cleaned up nice for it.

Anywaysss, where was I going with this… Oh yeah! Even though I arrived days after the initial group settling period, I was recieved with open arms and hearts from the very first minute of meeting everyone.

We also got to break into our initial teams that we may break into first on the field. This a group of either 6 or 7 (my case 6) people from our 21 person squad.

Sooo without further ado: Flocka Sheep.

Much Love,
Josh

p.s. As a gift for reading all that: Here’s what it looks like as you near the top of Yonah Mountain.
